Unfold is an online platform that allows users to purchase and manage tickets. It aims to solve the inconvenience caused by Korea’s fragmented ticketing system. Currently, purchasing tickets requires users to navigate multiple ticketing sites, which can be a hassle. Unfold eliminates this issue by offering a unified ticket management service that brings all events together in one place.
Additionally, the traditional ticketing platforms often prioritize large events, making it difficult for smaller organizers to sell and manage tickets. Unfold provides a complete ticketing solution, allowing organizers of all sizes to register events, sell tickets, and handle management just like traditional platforms. By giving direct control to organizers, Unfold creates more opportunities for small events and promotes a diverse and inclusive ticketing market.

The visual identity of Unfold captures the idea of simplifying Korea’s fragmented ticketing landscape into one seamless experience. The logo centers around the letter ‘N’, which unfolds from a single vertical line, visually representing the action of unfolding a ticket and initiating an experience. The color palette, composed primarily of vibrant blue and neon green was chosen to appeal to younger users. These colors convey a bright, energetic tone, reflecting the brand’s youthful and dynamic image.
The tagline, “Unfold a new Era in Ticketing” was inspired by CJ ENM’s content slogan, “Untold Originals” It encapsulates the brand’s intent to reveal hidden performances and introduce a refreshed, streamlined ticketing experience. To further enhance Unfold’s tone and manner, a character was developed in the form of a ticket machine that prints tickets through its mouth. Designed to balance functionality and friendliness, the character serves as a playful and emotionally engaging interface.
