Problem and Solution
When the instructor at Heyo Yoga studied for her own yoga teaching certification, she found existing training materials confusing, poorly structured, and visually uninviting—often just printed PowerPoint slides bound with a spiral coil. Additionally, the asana images were inconsistent, low-quality, and lacked clear sources. To address this, the new program aimed to offer a well-designed handbook with clear structure, unified illustrations, and an easy reading experience. As a result, trainees could learn more effectively and with less visual fatigue.
